Vochnner provides services with accredited partners and is not liable for any cancellation of trips by the partners in case of force majeure: unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen natural circumstances.
Cancellation or change of the confirmed services is acceptable by email or a phone call 48 (forty-eight) hours before the booked day/time. Otherwise a penalty of 100% from the total price will be retained.
In case of a No-Show, the amount is non-refundable.
